Mr. Patchett

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy what discussions he has had with British Coal on whether to refer the importing of Colombian coal to the European Commission.

None. I am aware that British Coal has submitted a complaint to the European Commission about dumping of coal by Colombia, United States of America and China.
