There were no complaints in 1989. In 1990 five complaints against the Western board and three against the Eastern board were taken to the Fair Employment Commission and are still under consideration. Three complaints against the Northern board were referred to tribunal, two were withdrawn and one is outstanding.
In 1991 two complaints against the Western board were taken to the FEC and are still under consideration. To date, no complaints have gone to court and no compensation has been paid.
