§ Sir George YoungNo. We propose to introduce legislation after the recess to give effect to leasehold enfranchisement of flats and higher rateable value houses. Commonhold tenure is a matter for my right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor: it will not be the subject of legislation in the present session.
