How many people on income support are receiving it subject to deductions to repay Social Fund loans, and what is the average of those deductions.

The total number of people repaying Social Fund loans on 31st May 1992 was 594,642. The average repayment was £5.54. It is not possible to isolate figures for income support recipients alone.
