§ Mr. ForthOne grant-maintained school has received my right hon. Friend's consent to the sale of a piece of surplus land. The attribution of proceeds between the school and the former maintaining authority is currently being determined. Another school has received consent for the disposal of part of its premises by annual lease, and for the renewal of this lease.
