§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe responsibility for determining priorities for expenditure on airport improvements, including those at Wick, lies with Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd. I understand, however, that the works are required in order to update and improve facilities at the airport in the interests of providing a better service to users.
