To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish the names of those persons who have sat on the advisory panel for the Scottish Heritage Trust and the former Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland since 1987.

Member is referring to the Nature Conservancy Council's committee for Scotland which existed prior to the establishment of the Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland on 1 April 1991, which itself became part of Scottish Natural Heritage on 1 April 1992.
