§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have decided to send a member of the Diplomatic Service to open an office in Tirana for the duration of the British Presidency of the European Community. The French Government have kindly agreed to provide office accommodation. Her Majesty's Ambassador in Rome will continue to be accredited (on a non-resident basis) to Tirana.
