§ Mr. EggarMy right hon. Friend the President is considering an application from PowerGen for consent to fit flue gas desulphurisation equipment at Ferrybridge C. Subject to this, the timetable for installation of the equipment is a commercial matter for the company, consistent with meeting its emission limits set by the United Kingdom's national plan for implementing the European Community's large combustion plants directive.
