§ Mr. FormanThere is no need for a review. Funding arrangements in 1993–94 will reflect LEAs' changed duties under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992. In calculating the transfer of funds from local authorities to the new further education sector, the Government will leave within local authority standard spending the resources attributable to those courses which fall to LEAs' responsibilities.
My right hon. Friend has received a small number of representations about LEA expenditure on the further education of adults.
