§ Mr. JackThe recommendations in the Morgan report ranged wider than had been expected under the working group's terms of reference.
The consideration of the report is now being undertaken but it is taking longer than anticipated because of the additional material to be evaluated. I hope to be able to make an announcement in the near future.
