Mr. SquireMy Department received a revised application for City Grant from 3D on 15 October 1991, for a first phase of the west end scheme, comprising offices in Aldermanbury, and a European pavilion with a multi-storey car park. The developer had to be asked to supply additional information and the application is now under appraisal.
