§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Citizens Charter policies have been fully set out in Cm 1599 and charters relating to individual services. I have had one request to make available unpublished factual and analytical material on the policy analysis reviews relating to the citizens charter, but the policy analysis review technique has not been used for many years.
