§ Mr. ScottFollowing the successful application for a review, full arrears of attendance allowance were sent on 3 June 1992. I understand that Mr. Michael Bichard. the chief executive of the Benefits Agency wrote to the lion. Member on 11 June 1992 confirming this, explaining the reasons for and expressing his regret at the delays.
