§ Dr. MawhinneyThe Department has received guidance on the potential effect of a ban on tobacco advertising from a number of sources. The Department is currently undertaking a study on the effects of tobacco advertising on tobacco consumption. The contents of this study will be made available in an appropriate form when it is completed.
