These figures relate essentially to 127W Frascati R&D and take no account of technology transfer expenditure.—1989–90 and 1990–91 are final outturn and do include technology transfer expenditure.—1991–92 figure is taken from Main Supply Estimates and also includes technology transfer expenditure.—The figures do not include energy efficiency research which is now the responsibility of the Department of the Environment.
