§ Mr. BaldryMost of the houses sold in Milton Keynes were worth £40,000 to £50,000; in Basildon, most were worth over £50,000. Information on the initial payment made is at present available only for Milton Keynes, where more than half the tenants paid between £15,000 and £20,000. Four out of the 103 properties sold have been flats.
