§ Mr. Archie HamiltonUnits of the armed forces are paid a rebate, at rates agreed by the NAAFI council, on total sales at retail prices in junior ranks clubs. The rebate may be spent on improving the amenities of clubs or any purpose that collectively benefits service personnel, including sports. Within these guidelines, use of the rebate is at the discretion of unit commanders.
