§ Mr. SackvilleThe NHS management executive is in regular contact with each of the regional health authorities (RHAs) about their formulae for making revenue allocations to district health authorities. The aim is to provide RHAs with advice and assistance in the development of their formulae and to ensure that the formulae meet common technical standards set out in FDL(91)102, issued in August 1991, a copy of which is available in the Library.
