Pilot work far the local customer survey To test the new questionnaires for the local customer survey 1992. This is a survey of the views of benefit offices' customers about the services provided. Conducted in February 1992.

Disability benefits campaign evaluation Two waves of campaign evaluation conducted in January and April 1992.

Child Support Agency Target market study among the Asian sector of the population. Currently being conducted.
