§ Mr. Cousins
To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what plans he has to review any provision for the extended refund of pension premiums.

§ Miss Widdecombe
The Department, within its responsibilities for the regulation of occupational pension schemes, has no provision for the extended refund of pension premiums and therefore we have no plans to review.
