§ Mr. Sproat
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will set out the objectives of each division and branch of his Department.

§ Mr. Howard
The aims, objectives and targets of my Department are set out each year in the management information system for Ministers documents which are published. I have placed in the Library of the House copies of the MINIS 13 returns, which provide this information for 1992–93.
