To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 9 July,Official Report, column 328, if he will place in the Library a copy of the letter DGM(90)123 regarding the commencement of separate data collection on patient episodes, inclusive of separate enumeration of tertiary and cross-specialty referrals.
