To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make it his policy not to provide training to foreign forces known to be in breach of international human rights.

We see the provision of military training as an opportunity to increase awareness of the importance of good government, democracy, self-discipline and respect for human rights. Governments sending students recognise this.
