Whether they have considered the pollution implications of "Brilliant Eyes" and of "Brilliant Pebbles" with British or other astronomers, and others interested in the study and use of space, and if so what opinions of the projects have been expressed to them.

The US authorities have not finalised the detailed specifications of either "Brilliant Eyes" or "Brilliant Pebbles" and are not yet committed to their deployment. As a consequence, there has been no detailed UK consideration of the suggested implications.
