HL Deb 08 July 1992 vol 538 c71WA
Lord Denning

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Further to the Answer of Earl Ferrers on 11th June (col. WA 86), whether the reply of the Charity Commissioners on 2nd June was inadequate and whether they will now supply copies of the relevant documents, as requested on 8th June.

Earl Ferrers

The Charity Commission is examining the costs involved in searching its records and providing the noble and learned Lord with copies of the documents which he has requested. I understand that the Commission is willing to provide the noble and learned Lord with copies of the specimen drafts upon which its sale orders were based and that these will be sent to him as soon as possible.
