To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how many cases of tuberculosis have been notified nationally in the current year and in each of the last 10 years; and if she will make a statement;

(2) how many cases of tuberculosis have been notified in London in the current year and in each of the last 10 years; and if she will make a statement.
