§ Mr. Robin SquireNo. Bed-and-breakfast accommodation is not rated if the person who lives in the premises intends to make the accommodation available to six people or fewer and such use is subsidiary to the use of the property as his home. It would not be appropriate to apply such a test to self-catering holiday units.
