§ Mr. Lennox-BoydOver the next year I will, as the responsible Minister, oversee FCO involvement in developing international environmental policy following the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, and instigate policies for energy saving on the FCO estates. These policies will be carried forward over the lifetime of this Parliament.
