§ Dr. David ClarkTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if he will list the legislation relating to the prohibition of the export of animal protein material derived from specified bovine offals; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what restrictions he has imposed on the export of cattle offal from the United Kingdom; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. GummerThe exportation of the specified bovine offals and protein derived from them from Great Britain to other member states of the Europen Community and to third countries is banned under the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Order 1991 and the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1991.
