(2) what contribution his Department is making to the costs of operation of the Western European Union satellite station at Torrejon air force base in Spain.
§ Mr. Archie HamiltonA satellite data interpretation and training centre is to be established in Spain with a United Kingdom director, for an experimental period of three years. The United Kingdom contribution of £4.6 million will be met by my Department. The United Kingdom contribution of £0.6 million to WEU satellite systems feasibility studies will be met by the Department of Trade and Industry.
