§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleSince 1 January 1989 the Department has placed 26 contracts with the Coopers and Lybrand group to a total value of £7.8 million. These contracts cover a wide variety of consultancy activities such as management information systems, the procurement executive information technology strategy, Royal Navy logistics and studies following on from the "Options for Change" studies.
