§ Mr. RedwoodThese reports were published many years ago and other than the fact of Mr. Maxwell's death, I do not have information about the present status of those mentioned in the reports. The hon. Member will be aware that the disqualification provisions were enhanced as part of the Government's insolvency law reforms of 1985 and are now consolidated in the Company Directors Disqualification Act.
