To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he next expects to meet representatives of the bloodstock industry to discuss liability for VAT after 1993.

My right hon. Friend has no appointment to meet representatives of the bloodstock industry to discuss value added tax. However, I am always ready to meet representatives of the bloodstock industry to discuss these issues and expect to arrange a meeting shortly.
