§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe flying of flags at Army establishments is governed by Queen's regulations for the Army. Drumadd barracks, Armagh is not one of the locations in Northern Ireland which is listed in Queen's regulations as authorised to fly the Union flag. The list has not been revised for some time however, and it is now being reviewed.
