§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe favour practical co-operation between EC missions in third countries. EC missions are already co-operating practically in fields such as emergency planning and medical care. We hope that the712W responsibilities opening in central and eastern Europe will extend the scope for practical co-operation. We are therefore discussing this with several of our EC partners.
