§ Mr. RentonThe Foundation for Sport and the Arts has given a grant of £65,000 to the Lyceum theatre dance house project for a preliminary study on the possible operation of the theatre as a national dance theatre. We must now await the outcome of that feasibility study.
I look forward to the eventual restoration of this magnificent, but sadly deteriorated, theatre. Although it is a splendid idea, I understand that the dance house project is not the only possibility for the future of the Lyceum.
