§ Mr. AtkinsCopies of the press release on the consultation exercise with the local authority associations—LAAs—have been sent to the Sports Council, the Central Council of Physical Recreation, the National Playing Fields Association and the regional councils for sport and recreation. The LAAs have been asked for comments by 28 February and it is hoped to announce the conclusions of the exercise as soon as possible after that date.
