§ Mr. David HuntMy Department wrote to Mr. and Mrs. Heselton's solicitors on 3 January 1991 in response to a claim for costs arising out of a planning application. No representations have been received since then, but I understand that the solicitors have approached the Ministry of Defence on this matter.
