§ Mr. LangThe Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 requires the Boundary Commission for Scotland to submit its next general report between February 1993 and February 1998 and within these limits the commission has discretion when to start a general review. The commission, in the exercise of its discretion, gave notice on 16 February 1992 of its intention to commence forthwith a general review of constituencies in Scotland.
