To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many Ministry of Defence personnel will be sent to the Russian Ministry of Defence to discuss the control and financing of armed forces.

The Government have offered to send a small number of officials from the Ministry of Defence to the Russian Ministry of Defence to advise on the restructuring and control and financing of armed forces in a democratic society.
