The Earl of CaithnessWe have received copies of the papers given at Vélo Mondiale, the international cycling conference which took place in Montreal. Copies of the proceedings are available direct from the organisers. We understand this to be a priced publication, and we have no plans to circulate the information it contains. Earlier conferences held under the Vélo City banner have helped to inform the development of policies on cycling and related issues; we see no reason why Vélo Mondiale should not do the same.
