§ Dr. MawhinneyThe chief executive of the National Health Service Management Executive, in describing the operations of the £26 billion NHS, produced an annual report at a total cost including design, printing and distribution amounting to £107,241. 35,000 copies of the report were distributed, mostly in the NHS. No report was published in 1990 or 1991.
