§ Mr. NeedhamA revised Export of Goods (Control) Order has been made and sent today to the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments and laid in the Library of both Houses. It will implement changes to export controls agreed in international forums and introduce a requirement for users of some open general export licences to register with the Department of Trade and Industry. It will come into force on 31 December 1992.
