§ Mr. MacleanOur obligations for the time being under European Community legislation must be met, though we seek to ensure that it is done at the lowest cost to consumers. We consider that revisions of certain features of both the drinking water and bathing waters directives are overdue, and impose unnecessary costs on European consumers.
