Mr. Andrew Smith

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what meetings he has held with the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals, the Committee of Directors of Polytechnics, the Standing Conference of Principals, and the National Union of Students to discuss the levying of council tax on student accommodation; and when he next plans to meet these bodies to discuss the council tax.
