Cellmark Diagnostics Ltd. sent the DNA test report on RM (reference GV 100/11870) to his father on 26 April 1991 and the latter forwarded it to the Home Office on 25 July. Authorisation to issue RM (reference GV 100/11870) with a certificate of entitlement to the right of abode was sent to the British High Commission in Dhaka on 12 September. They wrote to him on 26 September inviting him to attend the High Commission for that purpose.
