§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office is co-ordinating the work among interested Whitehall Departments to prepare a progress report in the areas targeted by the World Summit for Children's declaration and plan of action, with the aim of submitting it to the UNICEF secretariat by the end of this year. At that time a copy of the report will be placed in the Library of the House.
