(2) whether, and at what stage, drafts and copies of letters from the chief executive of the Benefits Agency in response to parliamentary questions are submitted to his office.
§ Miss WiddecombeMinisters generally see a copy of the letter which the chief executive proposes to send in response to a parliamentary question at the time at which the proposed answer to that question is submitted to the Minister for approval. A copy of the final reply is submitted to the Minister's office on the day the letter is despatched.
