Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether any Minister or official of his Department expects to attend the conference on the paper industry and the environmental challenge, to be held in London on 21 October.

Mr. Leigh

A deputy director of my Department's enviroinment unit will attend the conference and give a presentation on ecolabelling, including the latest develop-ments on the proposed European Community scheme.
